A full refurbishment and upgrade of the existing Gas Networks Ireland Headquarters office building was undertaken, encompassing all five floors and covering approximately 4,700m².

The project included the enhancement of open-plan office areas, cellular offices, focus rooms, meeting rooms, and tea stations, along with upgrades to the building façade, canteen, secondary SCADA room, plant room, and roof. Throughout the construction phase, the campus remained fully operational. To minimise disruption to staff and business activities, works were carefully phased on a floor-by-floor basis, with out-of-hours works carried out in key areas such as toilets, lift lobbies, and reception spaces.

The completed scheme delivers a modern, high-quality workplace environment, incorporating sustainable architectural solutions and upgraded mechanical, electrical, and fire safety systems in line with current standards.
