This project involved the construction of two office buildings—a 7-storey (8,898 m²) and a 9-storey (18,622 m²) development—built over a 2-storey basement car park (10,231 m²) on a constrained site in Cork city centre.
The works also included all associated services and external works. Sustainability was a key focus throughout the project, with particular emphasis on energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems to support long-term performance and reduced environmental impact.
