Administration Area Refurbishment

The project involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of the Boston Scientific Administration area, with a total floor area of 1,747m². Works included the removal of existing rooflights within the pitched roof and the closure of the resulting openings, along with the demolition of office cubicles, glazed screens, and doors. A full strip-out of existing floor, wall, and ceiling finishes was carried out, together with mechanical and electrical services.
 

The fit-out works comprised modifications to raised access floors, including the installation of new acoustic barriers within floor voids, as well as the construction of new internal stud partitions, glazed screens, and internal glazed doors. New office cubicle enclosures, floor, wall, and ceiling finishes, and fixtures such as whiteboards and notice boards were also installed.

Mechanical and electrical systems were fully upgraded, including all associated builder’s works, along with necessary external works to support the overall building services installation.
