We provided full Quantity Surveying services for the 5,316m² refurbishment and complete internal fit-out of two tenancies within an existing factory building, delivering bespoke office spaces for RDI Hub CLG and Fexco Financial Services.

The project involved a comprehensive transformation, including the installation of partitions, glazed screens, doors, and bespoke joinery, along with high-quality floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. Significant mechanical and electrical upgrades were carried out, alongside the installation of a lift, kitchen facilities, canteen areas, and full furniture fit-out to create modern, functional work environments.

Our role covered the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility and cost planning through to tender documentation, procurement, and on-site cost management. We provided detailed cost control, tender evaluation, and contract administration, ensuring value for money and budget certainty throughout the project. This included preparing detailed Bills of Quantities, managing change control during construction, and agreeing the final account to ensure a successful project delivery for this public sector client.
