Michael Barrett

Founding Partner
A graduate of the Limerick Institute of Technology and a qualified Chartered Surveyor, Michael began his career as an associate with a practice in Cork, working with a broad client base. He founded Michael Barrett Partnership in 2000. As the managing partner, Michael is actively involved in all aspects of the business. He also plays an active role in the Society of Chartered Surveyors and is a former Chairman of its Southern Region.

John Warren

Partner
John has been a partner at Michael Barrett Partnership since the practice was established in 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Glamorgan with a BSc (Honours) Degree in Surveying and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004. John began his career as a Senior Surveyor in a private practice. He specialises in Health & Safety, contractor services, and energy rating implementations. With extensive experience in contractor oriented surveying, John is committed to delivering a professional and high quality service.

Eoin O’Neill

Partner

Eoin joined the practice as a partner in 2006. He is a graduate of the Limerick Institute of Technology with a degree in Surveying and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1993. Prior to joining the firm, Eoin worked as a partner in one of the largest quantity surveying practices in Ireland.
Eoin specialises in the full cost management of major projects across both the private and public sectors throughout Ireland. He currently serves as an Assessor for the Society of Chartered Surveyors in the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) and is the Southern Region representative on the National APC Committee.
He has also previously acted as an external examiner for the Quantity Surveying Degree Programme at the Cork Institute of Technology and the Institute of Technology, Tralee.
